KCON Stops in Hong Kong for the First Time, Celebrating With Diverse Interactive Stages Including “KCON STAGE” and “DANCE ALL DAY”
The first KCON event of the year took place in Hong Kong on March 30-31, titled “KCON HONG KONG 2024” at the AsiaWorld-Expo. Approximately 45,000 attendees gathered at the venue, with an additional 3.6 million viewers from 165 regions participating virtually through digital platforms.
This year’s KCON was particularly significant as it marked KCON’s entry into the Greater China region. Hong Kong, ranking 6th globally in K-pop album exports, is a key market for K-pop performances in Asia.
