CJ&me offers global job opportunities to CJ CheilJedang employees worldwide
CJ CheilJedang has announced the launch of its new global talent development program, ‘CJ&me: Create Your Journey’. The program aims to offer outstanding talents to gain experience and expertise in markets worldwide and boost the company’s competitiveness in the global business landscape.
The new HR program provides its employees job relocation opportunities across the world and advanced career development on a global scale. Employees will be able to pursue expansive experience and develop a multi-dimensional career through opportunities in overseas CJ CheilJedang corporations. Additionally, the program aims to provide chances for employees to collaborate on global projects without physical or cultural restrictions.
The first CJ&me project is ‘Global Career Market’, an in-house job posting program open to CJ CheilJedang’s 34,000 employees worldwide, regardless of nation, position or role. The program focuses on positions related to global strategic products, new markets and business expansion. Selected employees will work at CJ CheilJedang’s global subsidiaries, including locations in Korea, Vietnam and the United States.
