In the first episode of “When the Stars Gossip,” the story unfolds as Dr. Gongryong and Eve Kim arrive in zero-gravity space, having left Earth behind. Dr. Gongryong became an obstetrician out of love for bringing new life into the world. Now, he is out in space for a secret mission assigned by MZ Group’s chairman, portrayed by Kim Eung-soo. On the other hand, Commander Eve is not thrilled by his presence and makes her discomfort clear with Dr. Gongryong from the very start. However, when Dr. Gongryong’s life is at risk, Eve rushes to save him, oblivious to her bleeding toe. In return, Dr. Gongryong expresses his gratitude by treating her injury, showcasing the start of a blooming relationship and leaving viewers curious about where their companionship will go next.
