
CJ Olive Young, Korea’s leading beauty and wellness retailer, announced the release of its “2025 Olive Young Impact Report,” detailing the company’s sustainability efforts and achievements over the past year from an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) perspective.
The report provides a comprehensive assessment of Olive Young’s 2024 business activities, assessing environment and social impact, as well as the financial implications of sustainability for the company. Reflecting Olive Young’s expanding global footprint and diverse stakeholder base, the report has been published in both Korean and English.

Drawing on in-depth industry analysis and stakeholder insights, the report highlights three core areas of focus: K-beauty’s global growth, shared success with partners, and the advancement of its omnichannel strategy.
Developed in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards 2021, the report also reflects the principles of the UN Global Compact (UNGC) and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). In addition, Olive Young has recently established a Partner Code of Conduct to encourage responsible business conduct and strengthen ESG collaboration across its partner network, reinforcing its leadership in fostering a more sustainable K-beauty ecosystem.
