CJ Logistics America is a 2021 recipient of Logistics Management’s Quest for Quality Award in the 3PL: Value-added Warehousing and Distribution Solutions category. The Quest for Quality Award measures customer satisfaction and performance excellence in the transportation and logistics industry. “We help customers reduce total system costs, transform business processes, improve service and facilitate growth and change,” CJ Logistics America Chief Customer Officer Kevin Coleman said. “Our goal is to help them leverage supply chain management as a competitive advantage.” Winners of this award are determined by Logistics Management (LM) readers, buyers of transportation and logistics services who put their carrier and service partners to work daily worldwide. According to LM readers, the companies listed in the 3PL category “were not only equal to the task over the course of a bumpy 2020 but were able to stand out above the crowd by maintaining world-class services levels.” The annual Quest for Quality Awards are the culmination of a six-month research project conducted by Peerless Research Group (PRG). “What our editorial team has found remarkable over the years is that no matter how many economic, regulatory or operational pressures they continue to face, the carrier and service provider communities find a way to step up to the plate to meet those evolving challenges,” said Michael Levans, Group Editorial Director of Peerless Media, LLC., the publisher of LM. “And Logistics Management readers are proud to honor them with the highest vote of service confidence when they do. There is nothing that compares to these awards in the market.”
