CJ is now recruiting talents across key affiliates for its 2025 first-half intake, including global candidates through the Global Track Program

CJ Group has officially launched its new employee recruitment for the first half of 2025, seeking fresh talent to lead future growth across its key affiliates, including CJ CheilJedang, CJ Logistics, CJ ENM and CJ Olive Young.
Global applicants can submit applications for all CJ Group affiliates until April 3 via the CJ Group recruitment website (recruit.cj.net) or mobile site (mrecruit.cj.net). Those who pass the initial document screening stage will then proceed through affiliate-specific steps, which may include aptitude tests, interviews and job performance assessments (internship programs). Final candidates will join CJ Group in July 2025 and begin onboarding training as new employees.
CJ Group was recently ranked second in the “2025 Most Desired Workplace Among Korean University Students” survey conducted by Korea’s job platform, Incruit, reaffirming its strong appeal among job seekers. Going forward, CJ Group plans to actively recruit and develop international talent who will drive its global business expansion, aligning with the worldwide K-culture boom.

CJ CheilJedang
CJ CheilJedang is continuing its Global Frontier Internship, an intern-to-hire program designed for Korean students studying overseas and international students residing in Korea who have graduated or are expected to graduate from university. Launched last July as the first of its kind in Korea’s food industry, the program received an overwhelming response, attracting over 5,000 global applicants.
This year’s program recruits across corporate functions and the Food Business Division. The selection process consists of application submission, a recorded video interview, a first-round interview, a two-week internship and a second-round interview.


CJ Logistics
CJ Logistics has introduced a new recruitment program called the “Global Track,” aimed at hiring and nurturing professionals who can thrive in global markets while strengthening efforts to recruit top-tier IT talent to advance its cutting-edge technological capabilities. This initiative reflects the company’s belief that securing top talent in global IT field is essential to driving its future growth.
The Global Track is designed to cultivate future leaders in global business management, sales, and supply chain management (SCM), key areas that will drive the expansion of CJ Logistics’ global presence. Successful candidates will receive specialized training to strengthen their global logistics capabilities and be given priority placement in international hubs. Given the nature of these roles, candidates will be evaluated on their foreign language proficiency, cultural adaptability, and cross-cultural communication abilities.

This year’s focus is on roles in global content sales and A&R (Artists & Repertoire). Applicants will be assessed based on strategic thinking, language proficiency and a deep understanding of diverse cultures, all essential for leading global trends. Successful candidates will receive specialized training through CJ ENM’s global network and have opportunities to participate in international operations and global projects.

CJ Olive Young
CJ Olive Young has introduced a Global Recruitment Track in this year’s new employee intake to attract talent capable of leading health and beauty trends in Korea and abroad. The goal is to secure candidates with language and cultural familiarity in Olive Young’s strategic markets. Eligible applicants must either hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from a university in an English- or Japanese-speaking country or have at least four years of residence in such regions along with a bachelor’s degree or higher from a Korean or international university.
Roles are available in global sales, marketing, and service planning. After submitting their applications, candidates who pass the document screening stage will undergo a test phase and two rounds of interviews.
