What was once considered overly cute has evolved into a true style statement and OLIVE YOUNG’s latest collaboration captures that shift in a distinctly Gen Z way

Teaming up with Sanrio under the theme “Love Summer,” OLIVE YOUNG is launching its first-ever company-wide character collaboration on July 1.
Over 200 exclusive products—developed in partnership with 32 K-beauty and wellness brands—will be available both in OLIVE YOUNG stores and on the Olive Young Global website and app.

Throughout the month of July, OLIVE YOUNG stores will be transformed with special Tanned Edition illustrations of Sanrio Characters from product displays and shopping bags to staff uniform badges. Six beloved characters —Hello Kitty, My Melody, Pochacco, Pompompurin, Cinnamoroll, and Kuromi—have been reimagined in OLIVE YOUNG-exclusive designs inspired by summer themes like beach scenes and picnics. This is the first time that the full lineup of Sanrio Characters has been featured in a Tanned Edition as part of a brand collaboration.
